Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers. Your payment details are encrypted and securely transmitted to our payment processors.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation. For card payments, the amount will be charged to your card at the time of order placement. For UPI and wallet payments, the amount will be deducted from your account immediately.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment method and try again. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or payment provider.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account after processing.
Currency
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international orders, the amount will be converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate.
